For the Benefit of Contributors

We invite and encourage all kind-hearted people to take part in the ongoing success of the Dzogchen Retreat Center Project. Contributions of any size are important and greatly appreciated. We are offering a variety of dedication, naming and sponsorship recognition programs.

Donor Prayer Day

We are designating the 15th day of the first month of each Tibetan lunar year as Donor Prayer Day.

On this day each donor will receive blessings and healings of mass Dharma prayers. Donors may make specific requests for prayers each year, with specific dedications for the health, prosperity and decrease of suffering for oneself or others, including animals. Even if the contributor dies, prayers will continue.

On Donor Prayer Day the International Dzogchen Sangha will jointly engage in a special grand prayer for the purpose of world peace, for the long life of the holy teachers, and for the benefit of the kind contributors and sponsors of the Dzogchen Lineage. Tremendous blessings will be generated through the prayers of hundreds of holy lamas, and thousands of monks, nuns and practitioners from the countries of Tibet, Sikkim, India, Nepal, Bhutan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Russia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Europe, and the United States.

The Great Dedication Wall

The Dedication Wall will form part of the main Buddha temple and teaching hall of the Dzogchen Retreat Center. Donors who make contributions of twelve thousand dollars or more will have the name of their choice permanently displayed on wonderful plaques on this Dedication Wall. This is a way of making an indelible contribution to world peace, while at the same time inspiring others
to contribute and rejoice in your generosity. The Dedication Wall will serve as a perpetual reminder of the generosity of our donors.
