General Policies of the Retreat Center

I. Plan for Dzogchen Retreat Center USA

The Dzogchen Retreat Center will be completed in two phases. The first phase will be the creation of a Dharma headquarters where our teacher, H.E. Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche can live as a resident and begin training new Dharma teachers. In this place key translation, transcription and publishing work will begin,
and student volunteers will assemble to work full-time towards the completion of the Dzogchen Retreat Center project.

In the second phase, we will acquire a tract of land, and purchase or construct retreat facilities including a main temple, teaching hall, lodging for teachers and retreat cabins and dormitories for students. During this process we will formally establish the training and practices of the Buddha Path and Dharma Path of the Dzogchen Lineage at the Retreat Center.
